Terms of Service

♡ I understand that all sales are final.

♡ I understand that theres is a 24-48 hour processing time once I submit my order. This time frame is not included in my shipping and tracking days.

♡ I understand that once my order is in the hands of the carrier; USPS, FedEx, or UPS, if I have any shipping issues, Richly Slayed is no longer liable. I will contact them to rectify my issue.

♡ I understand that preordered units are NOT on hand. Upon payment, the unit will take up to 9-11 business days to be shipped to your destination.
Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are business days. 9-11 business days are just a guesstimate of when your unit will arrive, oftentimes units arrive sooner.

♡ I understand that my billing and shipping MUST be the same, if not my order will automatically be canceled and refunded.

♡ I understand that I have to sign for my package.

♡ I understand that Richly Slayed has no control over lost or stolen items made by the post office or mailing distributor.

♡ I understand that I WILL NOT file a dispute on my order.

♡ I understand Richly Slayed is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by me as the customer.
